Terms and Conditions
Effective 8 June 2026. Last updated 26 June 2026.
1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nile AI website at https://nileai.au and any services you purchase from us. Nile AI is operated by Nile Capital Aus Pty Ltd (ABN 40 141 803 330), based in Melbourne, Australia.
In this document, "we", "us", and "our" mean Nile Capital Aus Pty Ltd operating as Nile AI. "You" means anyone who visits the site, books a Claude OS install, or otherwise engages us for services.
By booking a call with us or engaging us for an install, you accept these Terms.
2. About our services
We sell live Claude operating system installs for busy professionals and small teams. Each install is a live Google Meet session in which we set up a Claude OS directly in your account, walking you through every step.
There are two tiers:
- Life OS: for one person running their own work and life on one system.
- Team OS: for a small team (two to five people) set up to work consistently together.
Each install includes:
- A Claude OS set up in your account.
- A custom CLAUDE.md hierarchy tailored to your context.
- Working custom skills relevant to your work.
- Live MCP integrations to your tools where applicable.
- A short written runbook.
- One round of email follow-up within 7 days of the install.
Scope, tiers, and the time an install takes are set with you on a discovery call rather than fixed on the website. The price we quote you on that call is the one that applies to your install.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added.
Prices are not published on the website. We scope your install on a free discovery call and quote a price for your situation. If you choose to proceed, payment of the agreed price is arranged via Stripe before your install session.
You authorise Stripe to charge your card or chosen payment method. We do not store your card details ourselves.
4. Booking and scheduling
You book a free 30-minute discovery call through cal.com, which sends a confirmation email with the meeting link (Google Meet). On that call we scope your install and quote a price. If you proceed, we arrange payment, schedule your install session, and send any pre-install setup instructions.
You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email. Inside the 24-hour window, please email hello@nileai.au and we will accommodate where we can.
5. Delivery
Installs are delivered live over Google Meet. We meet at the agreed time, set up the OS together, and finish within the session duration for your tier.
You watch the install live and can ask questions throughout. By the end of the session, the OS is installed and you have used it at least once.
After the session, you receive the written runbook and one round of email follow-up for any teething questions within 7 days.
6. Your responsibilities
For the install to work, you need to:
- Have an active Claude account (any plan, free is fine).
- Show up to the session with the uninterrupted time we agree for your install.
- Complete the brief pre-call setup tasks we send when you book.
- Be available on a stable internet connection with a working camera and microphone.
If you do not meet these responsibilities and the install cannot proceed, the money-back guarantee in Section 7 does not apply.
7. Money-back guarantee
If your OS is not installed and functional at the end of the session, you get a full refund. Email hello@nileai.au within 7 days of the session to request it.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and usually appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days.
The guarantee applies if you have met the responsibilities in Section 6. We may decline a refund where the install failed because of a missed or unprepared session on your side.
8. Cancelling without a session
If you change your mind before your install session, you can request a full refund by emailing hello@nileai.au any time before the scheduled start time. There is no cancellation fee.
After the session has begun, the money-back guarantee in Section 7 applies instead.
9. Intellectual property
You own:
- Your Claude account and everything in it.
- The CLAUDE.md hierarchy, skills, integrations, and runbook installed for you. You can edit, extend, or remove them as you wish.
- Your own data, workflows, and content shared with us during the install.
We retain:
- The underlying OS templates (Personal, Work, Life) that we install for other clients. The template designs are our intellectual property; the specific instance installed for you is yours.
- Any improvements we make to our templates over time, including those informed by what we learn delivering installs.
You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially sublicense the OS templates we install for you.
10. Confidentiality
What you share with us during the install (workflows, business details, personal context) stays confidential. We do not share your information with anyone except as set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you want a written non-disclosure agreement in place before your install, email us before you book and we will arrange one.
11. No professional advice
The Claude OS install is a productivity tool, not advice. We do not provide financial advice, regulatory advice, legal advice, tax advice, or medical advice through the install or in any of our communications.
If your work involves a regulated profession (financial services, law, healthcare, or any other field with statutory advice obligations), nothing in the installed OS substitutes for compliance with your own regulatory obligations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you in connection with the install is limited to the amount you paid for the install.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Australian Consumer Law gives you certain statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms attempts to limit those rights.
13. Third-party services
We use the following third parties to deliver our service:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- cal.com for booking and scheduling.
- Google Workspace for Google Meet and email.
- Anthropic (Claude) as the underlying AI platform.
- Vercel for website hosting.
Your use of those services through our website is also subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at https://nileai.au/terms. If we make material changes, we will note them at the top of this document. Your continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
