I'm Nhial. I run Nile AI from Melbourne. Here is the short version of how I got here and the work I do now.
Nhial Majok is the founder of Nile AI, an AI consulting practice for busy professionals and small teams. The depth behind it comes from a decade operating regulated cross-border payments out of Australia and East Africa, six years building enterprise infrastructure at IBM as a Master Certified IT Specialist (one of fewer than three thousand globally), founding three startups including Kesholabs in Nairobi and the Celo Camp-winning remittance platform Pesabase, authoring AML/CTF compliance under AUSTRAC, and completing Tier 1 Generic Knowledge under the RG146 framework. He has used Claude every day for over a year and completed the full Anthropic course slate in 2026.

I run my work on a custom AI stack, not on prompts: hierarchical CLAUDE.md systems, custom skills for voice, critique, and research, and MCP integrations across my tools. I completed the full Anthropic course slate in 2026 (AI Fluency scored 9 out of 10). Most people calling themselves AI consultants have not operated at this depth.

Tier 1 Generic Knowledge under the RG146 framework (Kaplan Professional). IBM Master Certified IT Specialist, fewer than 3,000 globally, across six years supporting major Australian enterprises.
Educator instinct.
The practice sits under "as I learn, I share." Around 4,100 readers on X and over 1,000 on LinkedIn, fifty plus clients educated through BNI, and a National Winner title at the 2004 Higher Education Workplace Skills Olympiad for communication. The teaching habit is older than the consulting practice.
