- Claude-assisted analysis of the interview transcript. Pattern-finding across the conversation, mapping pain to specific off-the-shelf AI tools, time-savings estimates per recommendation.
- 8-slide written report (PPTX). Executive summary, impact/effort matrix with quick wins called out, 3 to 7 recommended tools each with complexity, cost, setup time and time-saved, a 4-day quick-wins plan, what comes after, financial impact, and next steps.
- 30-minute review call on Google Meet. Screen-share walkthrough, and the implementation conversation for those who want help.
- One round of post-delivery email Q&A within 7 days of the review call.
What's not included
- Implementation work. That sits behind a separate engagement (see "What comes after").
- Custom integrations or any code written.
- Ongoing support or retainer.
- Industry compliance review. No AUSTRAC, RG146, or AFSL advice as part of the AUD $499 scope. Compliance work is a separate engagement.
- Tool licences or subscriptions. Estimated tool costs are disclosed in the report; you buy your own licences.
